PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 3O minutes of shooting time.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: 48 hours notice of postponements or cancellation is required for the following. Deposit will be refunded if the time slot is filled by another client. If the time slot is not filled - the non refundable deposit will become a credit to be used at the customer's discretion.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Albright Studio Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
